The ability to articulate thoughts with confidence and clarity is a powerful skill. To celebrate the art of eloquence and encourage young minds to express themselves, we conducted Show and Tell competition for Grades 1 and 2 and English Elocution Competition for Grades 3 to 5. This competition provided a platform for students to showcase their oratory skills, develop confidence, and refine their public speaking abilities.
Activity Expo 2025 – A Celebration of Talent!
On 1st February, our students from Classes 6 to 9 lit up the campus with their creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm at the Activity Expo! From captivating science experiments to thought-provoking social science models, artistic masterpieces, and literary brilliance, every subject came to life through the incredible efforts of our young learners.
It was a day filled with innovation, teamwork, and passion as students showcased their talents with confidence and flair. A huge shoutout to our budding geniuses for making this event a grand success!
Our little ones from Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG enjoyed a fruit salad activity.They brought fresh fruits from home and excitedly mixed them to create a yummy, healthy treat. This fun-filled activity taught them teamwork, sharing, and the joy of healthy eating. A big thank you to our parents for their support!
Grade 3 students’ event assembly commenced with an energizer session featuring two vibrant songs “Popcorn Song” and “Let’s Go Song”which were performed by the students.Subsequently, the intellectual segment took place, where two students exhibited their knowledge of the states and capitals of India.The pinnacle of the event was the fusion show, which represented a collaborative effort of English and Science departments. A group of students presented an innovative puppet show that effectively incorporated the principles of shadow theatre.
Honey Bunch School hosted an engaging and intellectually stimulating Spell Bee and Memory Game Competition for KG students. The event was designed to foster language skills, enhance cognitive abilities, and encourage healthy competition among students.The day was not only a showcase of talent but also a reminder of how activities like these contribute to the holistic development of our students.
On 13th January, our school celebrated Pongal with great enthusiasm. The campus was vibrant with children in colourful traditional attire, adding to the festive spirit. The celebration began with a tribute to the cow, symbolizing gratitude and respect for nature. Traditional dances performed by students captivated everyone. The highlight of the event was the preparation of Pongal, the delicious sweet dish, cooked with devotion. The festival beautifully showcased the essence of unity, culture, and tradition, leaving everyone with cherished memories.
“Finger puppets bring stories to life, allowing characters to interact in an animated way. Honey Bunch conducted Finger Puppet Making Competition for Grades 1 to 5 to kindle the imagination and creativity in them.This activity helped the children to stimulate their imagination, develop fine motor skills and promote self expression.!
Drawing Competition was organized for our creative kindergarten students.The event was designed to nurture creativity, self-expression, and artistic talent among the little ones, while also giving them an opportunity to explore colors and shapes in a fun and interactive way.

On the evening of January 4th, 2025, Kapila Hall came alive with the vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural and religious diversity! The Musical Concert -24-25 was nothing short of spectacular, featuring soul-stirring songs, graceful dance performances, and a thought-provoking skit, all beautifully themed around Multi-Religious Faiths in India and the Arupadai Veedu.
The performances truly captured the essence of unity in diversity, showcasing the harmony of different traditions and beliefs that make India so unique.

Grade 5 students conducted an enthralling event assembly . The assembly started off with a prayer song and warmed up the session with Verbal Dynamics ( Choral recitation) ‘ I Had a Great Day’ where the students exhibited their expressive talent.That was followed by the students’ magnifying performance based on ‘Types of Angles’ using props. Finally,it was a wonderful moment to see the determined budding actors enacting tamil skit ‘ Neethiyai Nilainattiya Silambu’ with full of enthusiasm.A big round of applause was given to the students for their incredible performance.
Our kindergarten classes conducted a theme activity on “Seasons and Protecting Our Earth.” The students enthusiastically participated in various activities, including:
Creating seasonal craft and artwork
Singing songs about the seasons
Discussing ways to protect our planet and conserve natural resources
The activity aimed to educate our young learners about the changing seasons, promote environmental awareness, and encourage them to adopt eco-friendly habits.

On 17.12.2024, our Computer Science and Hindi departments hosted a remarkable assembly!
Talented Grade 8 students wowed the audience with their presentation on “Smart Stick IO,” an innovative tech concept. A powerful Hindi skit added a touch of inspiration to the event.

Pre-KG and Grade 1 students had a fantastic time during a farm visit to Kumki Farms. They got to see and learn about various animals, reptiles, and crops. They discovered new friends – furry, scaly, and feathered – and fell in love with the wonders of nature. The nature walk was the icing on the cake!
Experiential learning took place at its best! Hands-on learning, excitement, and memories to cherish – that’s what our little adventurers took away from this unforgettable experience!
Our Kindergarten kids celebrated different types of festivals like Diwali , Christmas, Pongal, Holi, and Ramzan with joy and enthusiasm. The day was filled with cultural learning and fun. The little ones embraced the beauty of diversity with smiles and laughter. It was a day to remember and cherish forever!
